Hope for the Hopeless
Paul H. Boge
$19.95
6 x 9 - 320 Pages
Hope for the Hopeless continues the journey of Charles Mulli started in the best-selling biography Father to the Fatherless. His journey of faith challenges him to trust Christ in desperate times, confront evil forces and believe God for even greater miracles of healing and deliverance. It takes him into the heart of the most devastating event in recent Kenyan history, where in the wake of the post-election violence that shook Kenya to its core, while the nation stands in fear and desperation, Mulli risks everything to follow the call of Christ on his life to bring hope to the hopeless.
You will be greatly moved by these amazing true stories. Each tells of a tragedy turned miraculous. Whether the young girl evicted by her family and left to survive in a slum or the boy whose parents passed away, leaving him destitute on the street, all appear hopeless cases until they encounter Charles Mulli and discover a new life they could not have imagined.
“There are six value aspects to a person’s contribution to any society—the tangible and intangible, the direct and indirect, the present and future. Most people focus on the tangible, direct and present, yet the intangible, indirect and future are values that are ultimately more important. Mr. Mulli clearly understands this truth and has committed his life to investing in the future of the nation of Kenya. I admire him and wish him well in his future plans.”
—Stan Shih
Founder of Acer Groups
Chairman of National Culture and Arts Foundation, Taiwan
“Charles Mulli has really challenged and encouraged me with his unabashed zeal and determination to make his life count for the Lord. His obedience to his call is heartwarming. His wife is one special woman, also.”
—Paul Henderson
Scorer of the series winning goal in the 1972 Canada-
Russia hockey series
Mully Children’s Family (MCF) was founded and established by Charles and Esther Mulli in response to the desperate needs of street children, abandoned children and HIV/AIDS orphans in Kenya, in 1989.
